Miku came onto the scene as the fiery underdog babyface that her moniker “Heart Fighter” implies. She uses the number 39 a lot for her merchandise and on her ring gear because in kanji, 3 and 9 can be pronounced as Mi and Ku, respectively.

Miku’s debut match was against Natsupoi (Natsumi Maki) at Act 21 on June 25, 2017.
From the beginning, every one of her matches was an uphill battle that showcased her fighting spirit: she went on to face the debuting Himeka (with Mina Shirakawa as the special guest ring announcer) at Act 26 on Christmas Eve 2017.
Besides AWG, she would wrestle for promotions such as Oz Academy and Reina. Still, her primary second home was Ice Ribbon (2019-2021) which saw her in undercard tag matches teaming with the likes of Tsukasa Fujimoto, Suzu Suzuki, and Nao Ishikawa as she gained valuable in-ring experience.

Actress Girl’Z faced COVID shutdowns in 2020, resulting in five months of downtime. Miku spent part of that period lifting weights and, over the next year, transformed into a power fighter/striker hybrid.
Her tag team with Kakeru Sekiguchi (Kakemiku or KKMK) made it to the tag tournament finals before losing to SPiCEAP (Maika Ozaki & Tae Honma) in February 2021. In August, they would win a title rematch and make three title defenses before retiring the belts with the AWG shutdown/relaunch in late 2021.

With the AWG relaunch, all AWG talent was now required to be exclusive to the company. With roughly 60% of the roster leaving for other promotions or going freelance in the face of this transition, Miku stayed on in the role of Ace. There were no titles; the main card matches were held under a points system, and new rookies debuted on every show.
Oct. 30 saw the culmination of a nearly year-long build with her match against Natsumi Sumikawa (the former Natsumi Showzuki, who had retired from Stardom because of a spinal injury almost 10 years prior)
. The match grabbed attention and was uploaded for free to YouTube, with the story essentially being the top stars battling for the spot of Ace. Asahi of Ice Ribbon issued a challenge to Miku, resulting in tag matches in both companies and a relaxation of the closed-door policy.
Miku also performs in the sister promotion, Action Ring Girlz (ActRing), which produces fantasy musicals that contain fight scenes and wrestling matches. She is currently a member of Bijou: the Phantom Thief faction under the name Dia.
Near the end of 2022, AWG announced a singles tournament in 2023 that would crown a new champion. Due to her current position, she has a bye in the first round.

She is the odds-on favorite to win the tournament and thus, her first singles title in March at Korakuen Hall. After a year of new ideas and uncertainty, this year appears to be Miku’s time to carry the company as the revamped AWG enters its second year and continues to grow into one to watch.
