Miyu Yamashita Requests Match with Naomichi Marufuji

TJPW’s Ace wants a singles match with the Genius of the Ark

As first mentioned by Miyu Yamashita exclusively in our exclusive interview from Issue 12, the current Princess of Princess champion has now officially requested a match with Naomichi Marufuji after Ultimate Party 2023.

She asked Marufuji following their match teaming together as part of Saki Akai’s retirement match, with Marufuji responding to Yamashita by saying “You’re one of the few women’s wrestlers I’d be happy to do it with. If the company works well, let’s do it.” h/t Pro Wrestling NOAH

This won’t be the first time that the Genius of the Ark has wrestled in intergender action, having previously wrestled Hikaru Shida at her 10th Anniversary show in 2018.
