MIRAI Set to Defend GHC Women’s Championship Against Nicole Matthews in North American Debut

MIRAI has been announced for her first match in North America, putting her GHC Women’s Championship on the line. On Decemeber 5th, MIRAI will defend her title against Nicole Matthews at Pandemonium Pro and DUSK Pro’s joint event, See You in Vancouver.

MIRAI has just crossed 100 days as GHC Women’s Champion, defeating the Great Sakuya for the belt back in June. Since then, MIRAI has made one successful defence, retaining over Nagisa Nozaki at Michinoku Pro. Her upcoming bout with Nicole Matthews will not only be MIRAI’s first match in North America, but also her first match outside of Japan. It will also be her first time facing Matthews.

Matthews already boasts a prolific trophy cabinet, having held many titles across her career, including the SHIMMER Championship, and most recently the DEADLOCK Pro-Wrestling Women’s Championship. The GHC Women’s Championship would certainly be a significant addition to her list of accomplishments.

The event will also see other joshi stars make the trip to Vancouver, with VENY and Chi Chi set to compete. Current N-1 VICTORY participant Chen is also booked for the show, teaming with Singapore Pro Wrestling’s Aiden Rex and Dragongate’s Ho Ho Lun.

Pandemonium Pro and DUSK Pro presents See You in Vancouver is set for December 5th.
