Miku Aono Says She Is Ready To Become Marigold’s True Ace, Looks To Defeat Utami Hayashishita At GRAND DESTINY 2025

On Oct. 26th, Miku Aono will get an opportunity to become the Marigold World Champion as she faces the current champion Utami Hayashishita at GRAND DESTINY 2025 which is set to take place at Ryogoku Kokugikan.

Aono earned her Marigold World Title opportunity when she won the DREAM★STAR GP 2025 tournament having defeated Victoria Yuzuki in the finals back in September.

In a recent interview conducted by Pep S. Caro for planetawrestling.com, Aono was asked about challenging Hayashishita for the Marigold World Title. Aono stated she is prepared and wants to become Marigold’s true ace by winning the top prize within Marigold.

“I’m ready and prepared. I believe this is my time to prove what I’ve built up over the past year and five months since our founding. Utami Hayashishita is a wrestler who possesses everything I want: undisputed strength, charisma, and fame. That’s why I so strongly want to take the belt from her. I want to become champion and show everyone big dreams. Please look forward to the moment when Miku Aono becomes Marigold’s true ace.”

This will be Hayashishita’s fifth defense of the Marigold World Championship that she won back on Jan. 3rd when she defeated Sareee for the belt.

We will find out in a few short hours in Miku Aono fulfills her goal of becoming Marigold World Champion but to do so she will have to get past a huge roadblock in the form of current champion Utami Hayashishita.

Marigold GRAND DESTINY 2025 will be available for purchase on Wrestle Universe PPV on Oct. 26th.
