A few STARDOM names had already been announced as taking part in this year’s Grand Prix de Amazonas. Now, they are set to receive more back-up as Mei Seira and Momo Watanabe join Team Internacional.

Seira just recently returned from a tour of CMLL where her energetic style won over many lucha libre fans. She formed a regular team with Ema Maishima and Maika, as well as Starlight Kid in the run up to 93rd Aniversario. Together, the four STARDOM representatives won the Copa Viva Mexico back in September.

For Watanabe, this will be her CMLL debut. Watanabe competed at 2025’s crossover event Wrestle Dynasty in the Tokyo Dome, but this will be her first time competing in Mexico.

Seira and Watanabe join fellow STARDOM stars AZM and Miyu Amasaki at the Grand Prix de Amazonas. Their international teammates include Emersyn Jayne, Lady Frost, Shotzi Blackheart and Taylor Rising. So far, the team announced for Team CMLL includes Skadi, Persephone, Keyra, Lluvia, Kira, Olympia, India Sioux and Zeuxis.

CMLL Grand Prix de Amazonas takes place in Arena Mexico on October 23rd.
