Marigold superstar Mayu Iwatani has been out of action for the last few months as she is recovering from a fractured toe. Iwatani and her fans hope to see her back competing inside the ring soon.
Iwatani posted on X that she had gotten bored and decided to head to a local fishing pond in an attempt to catch a few fish.
The pro-wrestling superstar spent ninety minutes at that fishing pond but unfortunately she did not catch a single fish despite their sheer numbers. The fish at that pond were able to avoid the offense that the Icon was throwing in their direction.
Despite her incredible skills inside the squared circle, Iwatani seemed to be defeated by the fish she was attempting to catch which left her frustrated.
It all turned out well and in what could be considered a victory, Iwatani ended her fishing expedition and headed to a store to purchase a really good looking fish. She proudly posed with it for a picture.
While the pond fish can claim victory over the Icon, Iwatani will eat well tonight.
