Marigold’s Victoria Yuzuki and Rea Seto Get Into A Heated Exchange on Social Media

Another small chapter was added to the rivalry that exists between Marigold United National Champion Victoria Yuzuki and Rea Seto.

The two got into a heated exchange on X recently and they didn’t hold back on the harsh words they had for each other.

It all started when Rea Seto was making backstage post-match comments on Jan. 12th following her loss to Mai Sakurai at Marigold’s New Years Golden Garden 2026. A tearful Seto said she will reflect on the loss and vowed to to defeat former United National champions Sakurai and Miku Aono and then challenge the current champion Victoria Yuzuki.

Yuzuki responded to the challenge by Seto with less than friendly words which sparked the back and forth between the two.

Victoria Yuzuki and Rea Seto have met each other four times in singles bouts. Yuzuki holds a 3-0-1 record over Seto in the four singles matches that they’ve had. Seto has vowed in the past that she will defeat Yuzuki in a singles bout.

Their last match took place on Nov. 13th 2025 when Yuzuki successfully retained her United National Championship against Seto at Marigold Battle Heart.

It’s obvious this rivalry is far from over and quite frankly, it’s just getting started. Fans can expect numerous Victoria Yuzuki vs. Rea Seto bouts inside a Marigold ring for many years to come.
