Marigold’s Battle Heart 2025 Tour Continued On Oct. 4th With A Massive Six Woman Tag Team Match

By: Lewis Carlan

The Marigold BATTLE HEART 2025 tour continued on Oct. 4th as it made a stop at the Utsunomiya Bunka Hall with a scheduled five match card that turned into a six match card during the course of the event.

One of the featured matches was a huge star powered filled six woman tag team bout. The Marigold World Champion Utami Hayashishita teamed with Mai Sakurai & Chika Goto as they faced Miku Aono, Mayu Iwatani & Victoria Yuzuki. This match served as another preliminary between the Marigold World Champion Hayashishita and her Oct. 26th GRAND DESTINY 2025 challenger, DREAM STAR GP winner Miku Aono.

In addition, the match was a preliminary match between Marigold United National Champion Mai Sakurai and her upcoming challenger Victoria Yuzuki, which also set for GRAND DESTINY 2025.

Aono made a big statement as she pinned the world champion Hayashishita following a Styles Clash  to win the match for her team at the 21:46 mark of the bout. Aono has vowed to win every preliminary against Hayashishita. As of this writing, Aono holds a record of 2-0-1 in preliminary bouts against Hayashishita in the lead up to GRAND DESTINY 2025.

Miku Aono, Mayu Iwatani and Victoria Yuzuki all made post-match backstage comments following their victory over Utami Hayashishita, Mai Sakurai & Chika Goto.

From Mayu Iwatani:

“I won at the Utsunomiya tournament and received the winner’s prize, but while everyone else was fighting in preliminary matches, my opponent today was… well, that’s how it goes, right”

From Victoria Yuzuki:

“This was my first preliminary match with Mai Sakurai. I’m sure there will be more matches to come, but I don’t believe I’ve fully figured out everything about Mai Sakurai here today.”

From Miku Aono:

“This was my third preliminary match with Utami Hayashishita. Well, as they say, I beat her as the person I’ve always been. But even though I’m the Miku Aono I’ve always been, I haven’t shown everything yet.”

There was another six woman tag team bout on the card as the Darkness Revolution trio of Nagisa Nozaki, Misa Matsui & CHIAKI faced Kizuna Tanaka, Yuuki Minami & Nagisa Tachibana. Matsui hit a diving Double Footstomp on Tachibana to secure the victory for Darkness Revolution.
