Maika’s Return Date To Competition Following Her Injury Is Confirmed, Confronts Saya Kamitani

STARDOM superstar Maika has been out of action with an elbow injury since June 2025 but she relayed good news to her fans today as she confirmed that she is set to return to competition.

Maika appeared at the 15th Goddesses of STARDOM Tag League Final event and had a few choice words for the Empress neXus Venus unit which she is the leader of. Her comments were directed at HANAKO, Rian & Wasa Tsukiyama and Maika expressed her disappointment at the progress of the three during her absence. To close out her comments, Maika revealed that she will be returning to in-ring action on Dec. 8th at STARDOM Nighter 2025 in Korakuen Dec.

Also on Dec 8th, Waka Tsukiyama, HANAKO and Rian will challenge Konami, Rina, and Fukigen Death for the Artist of STARDOM Championships and Maika expects them to win the belts.

From Maika:

“It’s not just H.A.T.E. that I’m angry at. Tsukiyama, Rian, HANAKO. You can’t do it without me? Listen, HANAKO, you’re trying hard. Tsukiyama, you won today and are trying hard. Rian, you won yesterday and are trying hard. Just trying hard isn’t good enough! Everyone is trying hard! I thought E neXus V would get bigger and bigger. I trusted these three to take care of E neXus V when I stepped away. Rian, was I too harsh on you? Of course I was! I’m the one who loves you guys the most! You’re going for the Artist titles, right? You want to win them, don’t you? Break out of your shells! I’m returning on December 8th. I have huge expectations for the Artist title. You absolutely must bring them home!”

Maika confronted the current World of STARDOM Champion Saya Kamitani and made it clear she was coming for Kamitani’s title.

The return opponent for Maika or whether its a singles of tag match has not yet been confirmed but she has been added to the official poster for the event.
