Los Tranquilos De Japon are getting ready for a new beginning (Un Nuevo Comienzo!). They will make their debut as a new pro wrestling stable in England competing for Revolution Pro Wrestling, partner promotion of New Japan Pro Wrestling in the United Kingdom. Tetsuya Naito and BUSHI kept the pro wrestling world waiting for their next movement after they announced that they were not renewing their contracts with NJPW and left the company in May.
The mystery didn’t last long, as, while they continued their hype campaign, RevPro announced their last major show before the Anniversary in August: Summer Sizzler 2025. This show will take place on July 25 in Wolverhampton, England. It will feature Los Tranquilos De Japon’s first official match in this new phase of their career. Tetsuya Naito and BUSHI return to the United Kingdom for the first time since October 2024 and 2023 when they competed at NJPW Royal Quest IV and III respectively.

In a recent interview with Tokyo Sports, Naito mentioned that he was doing one more match in England before going to do a tour in America. This morning, RevPro confirmed that they will also compete in their show in Sheffield on July 27. The match will be a tag team bout against CPF, one of the best teams of the European Scene. CPF will be represented by Joe Lando and Danny Black. They made their debut for NJPW during Royal Quest IV in a tag team match against Bullet Club War Dogs’ Taiji Ishimori and Robbie X, in the first official match of Robbie as a member of Bullet Club.

Some fans from Japanese Pro Wrestling or Puroresu might now the faction because other members of the stable include Maverick Mayhew and currently NJPW star Callum Newman. Also because Lando has done 2 tour with GLEAT in Japan.
After the annoucement, Lando and Black shared their thoughts ahead of this important match, exclusively for Monthly Puroresu, which will take place on July 27 in England.
Lando: “This will be the biggest challenge of our careers so far. CPF have proven ourselves as one of the best teams in Europe and our sights for the future are set on Japan. This will be a stepping stone towards the Super Jr Tag League. Los Tranquilos de Japon will find out what STEEZE is in Sheffield.”
Black: “Naito & Bushi are both legends, we have nothing but respect for them & everything they have done. But it’s now time for CPF to prove we are future legends and what better way to do that than beating LTJ. On the 27th we’re putting the world on notice 🎈”
CPF wants to make the most of this opportunity. As they’ve stated in recent months after an interview for Pep Talk? Pep Talks!, following their debut in NJPW and Lando competing in Japan, the next step is to tour Japan as a team. This is a chance to get closer to that goal, especially with the 2025 NJPW Super Jr. Tag League taking place later this year.
