Kento Miyahara’s second title defense in his seventh reign as All Japan Pro-Wrestling Triple Crown Champion will come a mere eleven days after defeating Go Shiozaki on Oct. 22nd to retain his title.
On Nov. 3rd, Miyahara will defend the Triple Crown Title against the leader of Hokuto-gun, Hokuto Omori at the AJPW Hokkaido Dynamite Series 2025 in Sapporo.
Hokuto Omori attacked Kento Miyahara on Oct. 22nd following Miyahara’s victory over Go Shiozaki. After the attack, Omori made a challenge to Miyahara for his Triple Crown belt which was accepted.
Omori, who is from Hokkaido, took to X and had these comments after his title opportunity was made official:
From Hokuto Omori:
“You can boo me even if you’re from my hometown. I don’t need your support. I’m just here to beat Kento Miyahara”
Omori has been a member of the AJPW roster since 2018 and has never held a singles title in the promotion. He currently holds the AJPW TV Six Man Titles with his Hokuto-gun teammates Kuma Arashi & Takashi Yoshida.
Miyahara has faced Omori three times in singles action and holds a 3-0 record against his Nov. 3rd challenger. Omori will be hoping he can earn his first singles victory against Miyahara and win his first singles title in AJPW when the two meet in Sapporo.
