On March 20th Hayabusa will go one on one with Katsuhiko Nakajima when Pro Wrestling ZERO1 returns to Shin-Kiba. This special singles showdown has been in the making since February, when Nakajima showed up unannounced at the ZERO1 dojo.
The match between Hayabusa and Nakajima was made official at ZERO1’s February 28th show in Itabashi, after Nakajima had defeated Junya Matsunaga in the main event of the evening. Hayabusa would appear after the match to challenge Nakajima to a singles match for ZERO1’s Shin-Kiba event on March 20th.
Hayabusa took to his social media to express where his head is at before the match with Nakajima stating:
“The Shinkiba event is finally tomorrow. I’m approaching this with a different mindset than ever before—a battle to move forward. Maybe facing Katsuhiko Nakajima will reveal something new to me. I’ll embrace it all—the anxiety, the anticipation, the fear, and the excitement—and defeat Katsuhiko Nakajima. The real fun is just beginning.”
