When Go Shiozaki left Pro Wrestling NOAH back on Sept. 30th, he stated he needed a new ring to fight in, well he has found that new ring. Shiozaki appeared on today’s All Japan Pro-Wrestling’s RAISING AN ARMY MEMORIAL SERIES 2025 event and was revealed as the fourth member of the faction HAVOC joining Shotaro Ashino, Oddyssey & Xyon.
After being revealed, Shiozaki teamed with Ashino as they face the Triple Crown Champion Kento Miyahara & Hideki Suzuki. It was quite obvious from the opening the bell that Shiozaki was focused on Miyahara as they two battled in a match that turned into chaos. The bout ended in a disqualification as an enraged Miyahara attacked Shiozaki with a chair.
Following the match, Shiozaki challenged Miyahara for the AJPW Triple Crown Championship and the two will meet for the title on Oct. 22 at Korakuen Hall.
Shiozaki’s appearance was the first time he has set foot inside an AJPW ring in 10 years. Ironically, his last match in AJPW prior to today was on Oct. 4th 2015 when he teamed with Miyahara as XCEED and they defeated Jun Akiyama & Yoshinobu Kanemaru.
Shiozaki and Miyahara are former AJPW World Tag Team Champions, holding the titles from May 2015 through Sept. 2015.
