On Jan. 11th, Pro Wrestling NOAH presents “LEGACY RISE 2026” which is set to take place at the famed Korakuen Hall.
The event has seven matches scheduled which includes two title bouts.
The featured match will be a GHC Heavyweight Championship as the titleholder Yoshiki Inamura will defend his belt against Masa Kitamiya. This will be the third defense of NOAH’s top title by Inamura who won the championship back on Nov. 8th 2025.
Kitamiya challenged Inamura for the title back on Jan. 1st at NOAH “THE NEW YEAR 2026” following Inamura’s victory over OZAWA.

Yoshiki Inamura made these comments regarding the challenge of Kitamiya.
From Yoshiki Inamura:
“Fighting my brother, Mr. Kitamiya, for the GHC Heavyweight Championship means a great deal to me. On January 11th at Korakuen Hall, I hope you come as the toughest version of Masa Kitamiya. I’m counting on you.”
In another title bout, the GHC Jr. Heavyweight Champion AMAKUSA will make his first defense of his third reign at “LEGACY RISE 2026” as he faces the challenge of Daiki Odashima.
AMAKUSA defeated Hiromu Takahashi on Jan. 1st to regain the GHC Jr. Heavyweight Title and was challenged by Odashima following his victory. Odashima will look to become a double champion as he also holds the GHC Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Championship with Daga.
