After being signed to Land’s End Pro-Wrestling for the last eight years, Damonji So has decided to leave the promotion and will begin competing as a freelancer.

The news about Damonji So’s departure from Land’s End was announced today via social media.

Daimonji So took to X and issued a statement regarding his departure from Land’s End.

From Daimonji So:

“After eight years with the organization, I have decided to leave Lands End Pro Wrestling and pursue a career as a freelancer. Thanks to meeting Mr. Choi and Lands End, I am still able to continue wrestling today. I cannot thank Mr. Choi, the Lands End members and everyone involved enough for all their support. Mr. Choi supported me in pursuing my own personal ambition to take on the challenge of professional wrestling as a freelancer. I am truly grateful to him. Daimonji So has been a regular for Big Japan Pro-Wrestling and GLEAT for a number of years now while he was signed to Land’s End.

In BJW, Daimonji So is the leader of the Yosomono faction. He is a former BJW World Strong Heavyweight Champion and currently holds the BJW Yokohama Shopping Street Six Man Tag Team Championship with Daichi Hashimoto and Joji Otani.
