Pro Wrestling NOAH returned to Korakuen Hall on April 1st for their LEGACY RISE 2026 event with 1,012 fans in attendance. Former GHC Jr. Tag Team Champions Daga and Daiki Odashima faced off in the semi-main event in a match that was advertised to fans as THE LAST LESSON, a singles match between mentor and student.
Daga and Daiki Odashima joined forces in October of 2025 after Daga excused himself from TEAM 2000X due to an unnecessary beatdown on Odashima. Daga would side with Odashima during the TEAM 2000X post-match attack, leading the pair to start their Los Intocables tag team. Daga and Odashima would later become GHC Jr. Tag Team Champions after defeating Alpha Wolf and Dragon Bane at NOAH WRESTLE ODYSSEY on October 11th.
Daga and Odashima would enter the 2026 NOAH Jr. Tag League as champions, but would ultimately lose the titles to league winners Alejandro and Dragon Bane on March 8th at NOAH APEX CONQUEST in YOKOHAMA.
Back on March 25th, following their 8-man tag elimination match with Alejandro and Dragon Bane against TEAM 2000X, Daga would challenge Odashima to a singles match declaring it would be his final lesson to his young partner before heading back to his home country of Mexico.
The LAST LESSON singles match on April 1st saw a very emotional Odashima give his mentor everything he had in an attempt to pick up the victory in Korakuen Hall. There were times where it looked as if the student was going to defeat the teacher, however it was ultimately Daga who walked out with the win after hitting a Northern Lights Bomb on Odashima at the (15:11) mark.
In his post-match comments, a grateful Daiki Odashima would thank his mentor and promise to continue becoming the best version of himself stating:
“It was because of Daga that I was able to become stronger. It was because of him that I won the title. I am truly grateful. I will continue to grow even more, and the next time we stand across from each other—or side by side—I will be standing in that same ring as the GHC Champion. Daga, thank you.”
Daga would take to social media after the match to share a heartfelt message to Odashima posting:
“Wrestling has given me so much. I’ve won titles and traveled the world, but one of the most important things I’ve gained is our friendship and the chance to watch you grow. Daiki… Give it your all. I’ll always be rooting for you.”

Elsewhere on the card, Alpha Wolf would pin GHC Heavyweight Champion Yoshiki Inamura in preview tag team action following his Package Pilerdriver finisher. The pinfall victory gives Alpha Wolf bragging rights heading into his GHC Heavyweight Championship match with Inamura on April 12th at NOAH’s APEX CONQUEST 2026 in NAGOYA.
