Crazy Star Challenge AphroditE for Goddess Tag Titles

Suzu Suzuki and Mei Seira stake their claim to the Goddess of Stardom Championships

Today at the Yokohama Budokan, Crazy Star (Mei Seira and Suzu Suzuki) challenged the current Goddess of Stardom champions, Utami Hayashishita and Saya Kamitani, following their match in the Triangle Derby tournament. In the tournament, Seira, Suzuki, and Megan Bayne went to a draw against Kamitani, Hayashishita and AZM that disqualified both trios teams.

AphroditE defeated Goddess Tag League winners Maika and Megan Bayne at Nagoya Big Winter to win the vacant tag team titles, and have defended them once so far – against XL (Momo Watanabe and Natsuko Tora).

Crazy Star, however, were defeated by Divine Kingdom in the finals of the Tag League, and this will be the duo’s first time challenging for the tag team championships.
