Since July 2026, there has been a Pro Wrestling NOAH invasion of GLEAT which has been led by Atsushi Kotoge.

Kotoge and Team NOAH have been dominant over their GLEAT counterparts for over the past two months. And now Kotoge has taken the inter-promotional war to a new level.

On Oct. 9th, Kotoge challenged the GLEAT G-REX Champion El Lindaman in front of nearly 900 fans at Korakuen Hall. There was a lot at stake here as Kotoge was threatening to take GLEAT’s top title back with him to NOAH and El Lindaman given the task of defending the honour of GLEAT.

Lindaman and Kotoge engaged in a terrific main event at they both fought their hearts out while each tried to secure victory.

In the end, it was Kotoge defeating Lindaman following an Over Kill Switch which enabled Kotoge to score a pinfall victory and claim the G-REX Title and send GLEAT into panic mode.

After the bout, Kotoge threw Lindaman out of the ring which set off a firestorm as numerous GLEAT roster members rushed into the ring and confronted the new champion.

Kotoge addesssed the GLEAT wrestlers and taunted them as the new G-REX Champion.
