Akira Kurogane Congratulates STARDOM Trainees On Their Debuts But Says She Is Number One Of The New Class

On May 21st, STARDOM trainees Ema Maishima and Kikyou Furusawa made their in-ring debuts at STARDOM NIGHTER 2025 in KORAKUEN.

Their debuts caught the eye of Akira Kurogane who made her own debut back in Jan. 2025.  Kurogane was in the same trainee class as Maishima & Furusawa.

Kurogane has been a stand out as a new competitor and was recruited by Suzu Suzuki to join her faction Mi Vida Loca.

While Kurogane was quick to congratulate Maishima & Fujisawa in recent post on X, she also sent out a veiled warning to the new trainees. She indicated to each that she is number one of the new class of STARDOM wrestlers and will prove it in the ring.

“Ema, Kikyo, congratulations on your debut. It’s good, seriously, really good! Your looks, your moves, and your spirit—it all gets my heart racing I’ve been eagerly waiting for your debut. But I’m not gonna lose. I’ll show you in the ring that I’m number one. So let’s meet in the ring soon, all six of us from the same class. Let’s meet as soon as possible!”

Ema Maishima and Kikyou Furusawa had very impressive debuts on May 21st against AZM and HANAN, respectively. With Kurogane along with Yuria Hime, Maishima & Furusawa, the future of STARDOM looks extremely bright.

Kurogane has already planted the seeds of what could become a very competitive feud between the new STARDOM trainees for many years to come.
