Welcome to Puroresu Gate, a weekly feature where we review attendance figures of Puroresu and Joshi promotions in the most well-known venues in Japan. This week, we return to the Shin-Kiba 1st Ring arena. A popular venue among Joshi promotions and smaller Puroresu promotions, this quant little arena was first opened in 2001 and was considered to be the unofficial home venue for World Wonder Ring Stardom for many years.
The women of Tokyo Joshi Pro Wrestling seem to be getting more and more determined to prove with every show that Stardom doesn’t have a monopoly on the world of Joshi. Sawyer Wreck and Hikari Noa seemed particularly motivated to let the world know this fact by putting on a violent yet awe-inspiring Fluorescent Light Tubes Death Match inside Shin-Kiba!
How did you enjoy the TJPW show from Shinkiba?
If you missed it, you can catch it on VOD:https://t.co/OAWizy4IAl
The next TJPW LIVE stream will be on May 5 from KORAKUEN HALL.
The English commentary will make it accessible for fans just getting into TJPW or Joshi too!#tjpw pic.twitter.com/q3hzioCCXw
