After All Japan Pro Wrestling’s 50th Anniversary show on Nippon Budokan, no one doubted Kento Miyahara’s role as AJPW’s true Ace. The Triple Crown Champion made the people believe in AJPW’s potential, and has even took the time to wrestle younger wrestlers that will carry the flag in the future. Now, what could be considered as the last test for Miyahara is upon us. Miyahara will face “Blue Justice” Yuji Nagata in a Triple Crown Championship match on February 19th.

Nagata has won the GHC Heavyweight Championship, and the IWGP Heavyweight Championship on his career, but he never had the Triple Crown Championship before. It seems Nagata wants to keep writing his name on Puroresu’s history, and he wants to do it using his Fighting Spirit.

The Triple Crown Champion usually excels on these kind of situations, but he will face a legend with 30 years of experience. Miyahara has defeated every challenger on his way since winning the Triple Crown, but now he must face his biggest challenge to date, in a match that could change AJPW’s fate.
