Outside of STARDOM, there’s a huge league of joshi wrestlers to be discovered. One of those wrestlers is Mika Iwata, who primarily wrestles for Sendai Girls Pro-Wrestling as well as startup company GLEAT.

Debuting in 2015 against legendary joshi star Aja Kong, she’s also taken on other notable names from the Japanese women’s pro-wrestling scene such as Io Shirai, Manami Toyota and Meiko Satomura. Alongside that, Iwata is also part of a tag team named Red Energy alongside Miyuki Takase.
