After the match, Marigold owner Rossy Ogawa took to X and revealed that he feels that Shinno and Yuuka Yamazaki could develop into great rivals for each other in the future.
From Rossy Ogawa:
“The Tsu City Tournament was a warm and welcoming event organized by the hosts. The athletes also made the classic routines even more entertaining. Shinno and Yuuka Yamazaki have only been competing for a year, but I have a feeling they’ll become great rivals in the future. I hope everyone who came to watch today will continue to follow their stories as they make strides in their careers.”
With Mai Sakurai being the latest star to announce her departure from Marigold, Ogawa will be looking for rising stars such as Shinno and Yamazaki to fill the voids that are being left within the promotion.
Marigold has a good core of young pro-wrestlers which include Seri Yamaoka, Rea Seto and Nagisa Tachibana in addition to Shinno and Yamazaki that have the potential to become leaders for the promotion. The future looks very bright for Rossy Ogawa and Marigold.
