Black Mensore Sends a Message to GHC200 Champion HAYATA Following NOAH KAWASAKI SUMMER VOYAGE 2026

At Pro Wrestling NOAH’s KAWASAKI SUMMER VOYAGE 2026 on August 23rd, GHC200 Champion HAYATA secured his first defense of the new championship against Katsumi Inahata.

Following the victory, HAYATA asked Black Mensore, who was working as a ring attendant for the match, to strap the championship around his waist. After winning the championship, HAYATA had asked Katsumi Inahata to do the same before naming him the first challenger for the GHC200 title.

Unfortunately for Black Mensore, history did not repeat itself, and HAYATA did not nominate him as the next challenger. HAYATA simply left without saying a word, leaving Black Mensore alone in the ring.

During his post-match comments, HAYATA made no mention of the GHC200 Championship or Black Mensore, only stating his next move is his 20th anniversary since debuting.

“Next up… my 20th anniversary.”

Following the event, Black Mensore sent out a proverbial message in a bottle when he  congratulated HAYATA over on his X account. Mensore mentioned in his post that HAYATA does not use X, but he hopes the message somehow finds a way to him.

“HAYATA Ssssssh! Oh, congratulations on your 20th anniversary! You always inspire me with your relentless spirit of taking on new challenges. Yesterday, you successfully defended your GHC200 title. With this 20th anniversary as a milestone, I’d love to see you take on a whole new kind of challenge—Ssssssh! You don’t use X yourself, but I hope this message gets through to you.”

HAYATA’s 20th Anniversary match is set for August 29th in Hiroshima with a special six-man tag match scheduled for the event. HAYATA will team with Yuya Susumu and Tetsuya Endo to take on J2KX’s YO-HEY, Tadasuke, and Jun Masaoka.

At the time of reporting, it is unclear if HAYATA has received Black Mensore’s message, however a singles match between the two has been added to the card for NOAH’s LETHAL ODYSSEY TOUR 2026 at Kobe Sambo Hall in Hyogo on August 30th. That event will air live on WRESTLE UNIVERSE streaming service.
