Uhaa Nation A.K.A Former WWE Star Apollo Crews Set To Return to Dragongate After 11 Years

Uhaa Nation A.K.A. former WWE star Apollo Crews is set to make his return to Dragongate after being away for eleven years. Nation is scheduled to appear on the Sept. 12th Dragongate event at the EBARA WAVE Arena Ota in Tokyo.

Dragongate made the announcement today during the “REY DE PAREJAS 2026” tag team tournament opening night at Korakuen Hall. A video was released during the course of the event to reveal that Uhaa Nation is set to set foot inside a Dragongate ring for the first time in eleven years.

Uhaa Nation stated in the video he is looking forward to seeing all his Dragongate fans once again.

Nation was signed by Dragongate back in Sept 2011 and began competing for Dragongate USA before heading to Japan. He became a mainstay for Dragongate through 2015 and held the Open The Twin Gate Championship with BxB Hulk from Mar. 2nd 2013 until May 5th 2013.

Uhaa Nation’s final match for Dragongate was on Mar. 1st 2015 when he lost a Open The Dream Gate Championship against BxB Hulk. Nation left Dragongate after signing with the WWE and made his debut for the company on the May 6th 2015 episode of NXT. He subsequently changed his name to Apollo Crews while wrestling for the WWE.

Nation was released from the WWE on April 24 2026. An opponent for Nation for his Dragongate return has not yet be announced.
