STARDOM Superstar Maki Itoh Reveals Who She Would Like To See Join Her Itoh Respect Army Faction

Maki Itoh A.K.A. “The Cutest Wrestler In The World” officially became a member of the STARDOM roster back on Jan. 10th. Not long after her debut match on Jan. 11th, Itoh formed an alliance with rising star Kikyo Furusawa.

Itoh and Furusawa began teaming with each other and eventually formed the STARDOM unit “Itoh Respect Army”.

In a recent interview with Web Sportiva, Itoh offered great praise for Kikyo Furusawa while indicating that she would like to expand the Itoh Respect Army.

From Maki Itoh:

“I want to expand the army. Right now, it’s just Kikyo (Furusawa), but she’s a genius at reading the atmosphere. I’m not good with people who outshine me. During our entrance, when I ask, “Who’s the cutest in the world?” and call for the crowd to shout “Itoh-chaaan!”, then she asks, “Who’s the second cutest in the world?” She really knows how to handle the situation.”

It was brought up that Itoh had added a few new members but they all have departed the unit the same day. Itoh named which talents she would like to permanently add to the Itoh Respect Army.

From Maki Itoh:

“The condition is that they have to keep up with my whims. In that sense, Kikyo is the best partner. I’m also interested in Rian and Kiyoka Kotatsu. I think Kotatsu would really shine if she joined our army.”

Maki Itoh is set to challenge new World of STARDOM Champion Sayaka Kurara on May 23rd at STARDOM QUEENS DYNASTY 2026.
