Sareee Responds To Future of STARDOM Champion HANAKO’s Plea To Compete on Sareee-ISM Chapter X

On Feb. 28th, the current Future of STARDOM Champion HANAKO successfully defended her title for the third time against Akira Kurogane.

During her post-match backstage interview, HANAKO made a plea to Sareee to put her on the upcoming Sareee-ISM Chapter X Chronicle 15th Anniversary event set for Mar. 22 at the Yokohama Budokan.

From HANAKO:

“There’s one more thing I want to say. Sareee! What you did to me at the 5★STAR GP has stayed with me all this time. I’ve been waiting for a chance to get revenge someday. Put me on the card for your 15th anniversary show!”

It took only a day for Sareee to give her response to HANAKO. While speaking with Tokyo Sports, Sareee revealed she will give the Future of STARDOM champion an opportunity to prove herself at the next Sareee-ISM event.

From Sareee:

“The way she said it is annoying, but I have a bit more respect for her now that she spoke up for herself. I’ll give you a chance, so to see your true ability, I’ll prepare an opponent who will make you tremble. Starting today, do push-ups every day to prepare for the match!”

It can safely be said that Sareee herself will not be HANAKO’s opponent on Mar. 22. Sareee will be teaming with her Spark Rush partner Takumi Iroha as they face the team of IWGP Women’s & NJPW Strong Women’s Champion Syuri and her partner Sendai Girls World Champion Chihiro Hashimoto in a massive main event.

As Sareee mentioned she is preparing an opponent for HANAKO, it will be interesting to see if the opponent is revealed in the near future or will remain a mystery until Mar. 22.

Only Sareee knows the answer to that question for sure as it appears she could be playing mind games with HANAKO.
