Full Lineup For DDT’s HYBRID PERFORMER 2026 Event On February 22nd

On February 22nd DDT Pro Wrestling will make its return to Korakuen Hall for their HYBRID PERFORMER 2026 event. In the main event, current KO-D Openweight Champion Yuki Ueno will compete in a special singles match against Kaisei Takechi to celebrate the Second Anniversary of Takechi’s Debut.

Kaisei Takechi, member of the the musical group THE RAMPAGE, made his DDT debut back in 2024 teaming with Shunma Katsumata and Yuki Ueno in winning fashion against Hideki Okatani, Takeshi Masada & Tetsuya Endo.

Since debuting, Takechi has found further success in DDT by winning the KO-D Six Man Tag Team Championship with Yuki Ueno and To-y. Takechi also had the opportunity to compete in the Tokyo Dome at New Japan Pro Wrestling’s Wrestle Kingdom 20, where he teamed with Shota Umino and Yuya Uemura as a part of the NEVER Openweight Six Man Tag Team Title Rambo.

In an interview with Monthly Puroresu, Takechi was asked if there are any wrestlers he considers to be role models at this point in his career, and mentions Yuki Ueno as someone he can look up to both inside and outside the ring.

“My biggest influence is Yuki Ueno from DDT. Whether it was during training or when he directly instructed me, he guided me on how to execute moves and take falls to the most minute details. So it’s definitely Ueno.”

The 2025 Tokyo Sports Rookie of the Year, Kaisei Takechi, gets the opportunity to show what skills he’s picked from Ueno in the Main Event of the Korakuen Hall show on February 22nd.
