On Feb. 13th, Marigold held its latest event of the New Year Golden Garden 2026 tour at Shinjuku FACE in Tokyo.
The main event featured a semifinal match in the Marigold 3D Trios Championship tournament.
The team of Mayu Iwatani, Victoria Yuzuki & Komomo Minami battled the Darkness Revolution unit of Nagisa Nozaki, Misa Matsui & Rea Seto for the right to compete in the tournament finals.
The semifinal bout lasted almost twelve minutes and it was Rea Seto pinning Komomo Minami which punched the Darkness Revolution’s ticket to the tournament finals.
The trio celebrated the huge victory during their post-match backstage interview.
Nagisa Nozaki, Misa Matsui & Rea Seto now have to wait two days to see who they will face in the tournament finals.
On Feb. 15th, Seri Yamaoka, SYOKO Koshino & Yuuka Yamazaki will do battle with Erina Yamanaka, Mai Sakurai & Natsumi Showzuki to determine who will meet the Darkness Revolution trio with an opportunity to become the inaugural Marigold 3D Trios Champions.
The tournament final is set for Feb. 23rd at Korakuen Hall.
In other action, Utami Hayashishita & Chika Goto defeated Marigold Miku Aono & Kouki Amarei.
CHIAKI interfered and attacked Aono with a chair and then hit a power bomb on the champion which led to her getting pinned by Hayashishita.
Aono had harsh words for CHIAKI during her post-match backstage interview:
