STARDOM Star Rina Blasts Fuwa-chan, Says She Is Pretending To Be A Pro-Wrestler

On Jan 31st at STARDOM’s New Year Stars 2026 In Korakuen Hall event, Rina attacked Fuwa-chan and challenged her to a match at the upcoming STARDOM Supreme Fight in Osaka on Feb. 7th. The bout was quickly accepted by Fuwa-chan as the two are set to do battle in two days.

Ahead of their upcoming match, Rina spoke with Tokyo Sports and had less than kind words for her Feb. 7th opponent.

Rina called Fuwa-chan a pretend pro-wrestler who is using the sport as a stepping stone to return to show business.

Fuwa-chan returned to pro-wrestling in Dec. 2025 after having only two matches in 2022 and 2023. While away from pro-wrestling, Fuwa-chan became an internet sensation with over one million subscribers on YouTube.

Rina on Fuwa-chan:

“When she first joined and came to Korakuen, I thought she was serious about wrestling. But then she debuted at Ryogoku, skipped the two consecutive Shinjuku matches, and didn’t go on the regional tour. It became clear she was just using wrestling as a stepping stone to return to showbiz. I can’t stand someone like that pretending to be a pro wrestler. I didn’t want to be the kind of person who just watches that and can’t flip them off, so I spoke up.” (Translated via Deepl)

Rina also took to X to blast Fuwa-chan only this time she got a fiery response in return.

Not just this side, but I’ll expose Fuwa’s true nature, the one that’s drifted even further away—and crush her utterly. And I’ll do it in her favorite kind of big match. What pisses me off the most is this half-assed bastard preaching about her love for pro wrestling! The fastest way to make her understand is in the ring. Fuwa-chan’s response to Rina:

“No matter how much you spout your nasty nonsense, I’ll fight with sincerity until the very end. Senpai! Pro wrestling gave me my dreams, and now I’m fighting to come back from the other side. The Feb. 7th bout between Rina & Fuwa-chan is becoming very personal. Fuwa-chan will be looking to win for the first time in a singles bout but Rina is expected to do everything in her power to prevent that from happening.
