Starlight Kid Warns Bozilla That STARDOM Is Not The Same As Marigold, She Takes A Shot At Sareee As Well

By: Lewis Carlan

On June 21st, STARDOM held its STARDOM THE CONVERSION 2025 event with a sold out crowd on hand at the Yoyogi National Stadium Gymnasium.

The event featured the debut of former Marigold star Bozilla as she attacked NEO GENESIS and aligned herself with Suzu Suzuki’s Mi Vida Loca unit. Bozilla helped Mi Vida Loca emerge victorious over Starlight Kid’s NEO GENESIS team in an eight woman tag team match.

In addition, former Marigold World Champion Sareee defeated Syuri to become the new IWGP Women’s Champion at the event.

Starlight Kid has seemingly taken exception with the high profile appearances of two former Marigold stars on a STARDOM event. She recently spoke with Tokyo Sports and offered a few comments aimed at Sareee and Bozilla.

Kid, referring to Marigold as the “orange ring”, warned Bozilla that STARDOM and Marigold are not the same, insinuating that her promotion is superior. She also indicated that STARDOM would be a good place to teach Sareee a lesson.

From Starlight Kid:

“Sareee-san has always talked like she’s above everyone, so the only place to teach her a lesson is in the STARDOM ring, right? And to Bozilla as well, don’t think that the orange ring and the STARDOM ring are the same.”

“The big show this time was completely taken over by those two. We need to make sure STARDOM doesn’t get dyed orange.”

Starlight Kid made another comment directed at Sareee who has expressed interest in competing in the upcoming STARDOM 5★STAR GP.

From Starlight Kid:

“She’s someone who grew up watching the same women’s wrestling I did, so I’ve always been interested in her. I want her to be in the 5★STAR, and now that she’s champion, I want her to come in with the intention of invading STARDOM.”

When Sareee won the IWGP Women’s Title she was upset that nobody from STARDOM appeared to make a challenge for new championship. Sareee stated that she is looking forward to see who the first is to step up and present a challenge for her newly won title.

Starlight Kid? Sareee is waiting.
