El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr. Promises To Become GHC Heavyweight Champion in Sendai

As GHC Heavyweight Champion Kenoh carries the flag for Pro Wrestling NOAH, one of the best foreign talents in El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr. promises to steal his crown.

By: R. Faliani

As GHC Heavyweight Champion, the former Kongo leader is looking to show people the new NOAH he envisions, but challengers like El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr. are on the horizon more than before, looking to steal Kenoh’s crown and lead the fantastic view NOAH looks to offer to pro-wrestlers around the world.

Kenoh is looking to defeat who many consider the best foreign wrestler in NOAH today. He’s defeated Manabu Soya, Go Shiozaki, and now he’s looking to go against Wagner whom Kenoh praised as “one of the best GHC National Champions”.

The fantastic view Kenoh prides himself on bringing to the ring every single time will be put to test against the legacy and the history of a prestigious Lucha Libre family such as Wagner’s, and the loud claims and insults coming from the GHC Champion such as “CABRON!” will have consequences in Sendai. As Wagner himself returned the favor today and insulted Kenoh too, based on PKDX’s report:

“Cabron! What is certain is that I will become the new GHC Heavyweight Champion in Sendai!”

Will Wagner be an obstacle for his fantastic view of pro wrestling? Or will “NOAH’s Kenoh”, as he proudly called himself after his bout against Go Shiozaki, be the one to lead 2024 and usher the promotion into a new era?
