The 5★STAR GP winner Suzu Suzuki will miss two STARDOM shows both in Sayama and Koriyama. The young prodigy has been in the eye of the storm recently due to former World of Stardom Champion Tam Nakano vacating the title because of an injury. Suzuki was pretty vocal about Nakano’s departure but now, as STARDOM suffers a tirade of injuries and absences, the title contender is going through her own troubles.
Suzuki won the tournament, but she couldn’t have her title chance, therefore, STARDOM gave her a “right to challenge certificate” just like New Japan Pro Wrestling does for the G1 Climax. Suzuki will put this certificate on the line in December against Hazuki, but as we wait for that to come, the young star has to recover from her fever, based on the report from Tokyo Sports.

If Suzuki recovers in time and beats Hazuki in December, the field will be plain for her Ryogoku Kokugikan title match against whoever gets to be the other title contender. It seems STARDOM is going through somewhat of a crisis, but as stars like Suzuki appear to have more prominent roles in the future, maybe we could be seeing the calm before the storm. Will Suzuki take over the World of STARDOM?
